     Sir James Henry Blake, 3rd Bt. was born in 1770.1 He was the son of Sir Patrick Blake, 1st Bt. and Annabella Bunbury.1 He married Louisa Elizabeth Gage, daughter of General Hon. Thomas Gage and Margaret Kemble, on 13 February 1794 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 21 April 1832 at The Priory, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) in May 1832.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Blake, of Langham, co. Suffolk [G.B., 1772] on 25 July 1818.1 He lived at Great Ashfield, Suffolk, EnglandG.1

     Louisa Elizabeth Gage was born circa 1766.1 She was the daughter of General Hon. Thomas Gage and Margaret Kemble.1 She married Sir James Henry Blake, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Patrick Blake, 1st Bt. and Annabella Bunbury, on 13 February 1794 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 21 January 1832 at The Priory, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, EnglandG.1
     From 13 February 1794, her married name became Blake.1

     He fought in the Second World War.2 He gained the rank of Private in 1940 in the 19th Infantry Battalion, 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force.2
