     Maria Charlotte Phipps was the daughter of James Phipps.1 She married Sir Patrick Blake, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Patrick Blake, 1st Bt. and Annabella Bunbury, on 12 August 1789.1 She died before 1823.1 Her will was probated in 1823.1
     From 12 August 1789, her married name became Blake.1
