     Arthur Edward Vincent Archer was born on 8 August 1912 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.¹ He was the son of Percy Harold Archer and Louise Cordelia Buffett.¹ He married Florence Louisa Litchfield on 25 August 1928 at Auckland, New Zealand.¹ He died on 7 October 1979 at age 67 at Onehunga, Auckland, New Zealand.¹
      On 25 May 1937, Pearl Quintal filed a paternity suit against him in the
Norfolk Island court. He lost the suit and was ordered to pay 5 shillings
a week in child support.¹

     Mary Amelia Moira Quintal was born on 3 December 1937 at Norfolk Island.¹ She is the daughter of Arthur Edward Vincent Archer and Amelia Victoria Pearl Quintal.¹

     Laurie Patteson Quintal was born in 1920 at Norfolk Island.¹ He was the son of William Quintal and Ellen Louise Christian.¹ He died on 16 October 1943 at Burma.¹
