Ernest William Ainley-Walker was born on 27 January 1871 at Doncaster, Yorkshire, England.1 He was the son of William Henry Walker and Louisa Shepherd Taylor.1 He married Emily Hilda Poulton, daughter of Sir Edward Bagnall Poulton and Emily Palmer, in July 1909 at Church of St. Philip and St. James', Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He married Inez Elizabeth Skrine, daughter of Reverend John Huntley Skrine and Mary Jessie Hammond Tooke, in 1919 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He died on 15 August 1955 at age 84 at Upavon, Wiltshire, EnglandG.2
