     Penelope Wenman was the daughter of Thomas Wenman, 2nd Viscount Wenman and Margaret Hampden.1,2 She married Sir Thomas Cave, 1st Bt., son of Sir Thomas Cave and Elizabeth Croft, before 1651.3,2 She died from February 1665 to March 1666.2 Her will was proven (by probate) on 27 March 1666.2
     From before 1651, her married name became Cave. Her last will was dated 2 February 1665.

Sir Orlando Bridgeman, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Orlando Bridgeman, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1679.1 He was the son of Sir Orlando Bridgeman, 1st Bt. and Mary Cave.1 He and Susanna Dashwood obtained a marriage license on 15 April 1702.1 He died on 10 June 1738, found drowned in the Thames, after being missing for a few weeks.1 He was buried on 5 December 1745 at St. Nicholas, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 12 June 1751.1
     He was educated on 24 August 1689 at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1 He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 10 November 1694.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bridgeman, of Ridley, co. Chester [E., 1673] on 20 April 1701.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Coventry between February 1707 and 1710.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Calne between 1715 and 1722.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lostwithiel between February 1724 and 1727.1 He held the office of Auditor-General before 1727, to the Prince of Wales.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Blechingley between 1727 and 1734.1 He held the office of Commissioner of Trade between 8 August 1727 and 1738.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dunwich between February 1734 and 1738.1 In 1737 he was nominated Governor of Barboes, but never went there.1

     Susanna Dashwood was born circa 1685.1 She was the daughter of Sir Francis Dashwood, 1st Bt. and Mary Jennings.1 She and Sir Orlando Bridgeman, 2nd Bt. obtained a marriage license on 15 April 1702.1 She died on 4 September 1747.1
     From 15 April 1702, her married name became Bridgeman.1

     Mary Jennings was the daughter of John Jennings.1 She married Sir Francis Dashwood, 1st Bt., son of Francis Dashwood and Alice Sleigh, circa 13 April 1683.2 She died on 6 February 1693/94.2
     From circa 13 April 1683, her married name became Dashwood.1

     Sir Francis Bridgeman, 3rd Bt. was born in August 1713.1 He was the son of Sir Orlando Bridgeman, 2nd Bt. and Susanna Dashwood.1 He died between November 1740 and December 1740, unmarried, on board ship in Sir Chaloner Ogle's fleet, on the way to the West Indies.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Bridgeman, of Ridley, co. Chester [E., 1673] on 10 June 1738.1
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
