     Admiral Henry Blackett was born on 28 November 1867.1 He was the son of John Charles Blackett and Emily Jane Cockcraft.1 He married Hon. Pamela Mary Fisher, daughter of Admiral John Arbuthnot Fisher, 1st Baron Fisher and Frances Katharine Josepha Broughton, on 14 July 1906.1 He died on 1 December 1952 at age 85.1
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.1 He held the office of Lieutenant of the City of London.1

     Hon. Pamela Mary Fisher was the daughter of Admiral John Arbuthnot Fisher, 1st Baron Fisher and Frances Katharine Josepha Broughton.1,2 She married Admiral Henry Blackett, son of John Charles Blackett and Emily Jane Cockcraft, on 14 July 1906.1 She died on 22 November 1949.1
     She was awarded the Order of Chefekat 2nd Class.2 From 14 July 1906, her married name became Blackett.1

Admiral John Arbuthnot Fisher, 1st Baron Fisher1

     Admiral John Arbuthnot Fisher, 1st Baron Fisher was born on 25 January 1841.1 He was the son of William Fisher and Sophia Lambe.2 He married Frances Katharine Josepha Broughton, daughter of Reverend Thomas Delves Broughton and Frances Corkran, on 4 April 1866.1 He died on 10 July 1920 at age 79.1
