     Mary Jekyll was born circa 1674.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Jekyll and Elizabeth Howse.1,2 She married, secondly, Captain Sir Edward Blackett, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Edward Blackett, 2nd Bt. and Mary Yorke.1 She married, firstly, Nicholas Roberts.1 She died in December 1756.1 Her will was proven (by probate) in January 1775.1
     Her married name became Roberts.1 Her married name became Blackett.1

     Reverend Thomas Jekyll was born on 16 July 1646.2 He was the son of John Jekyll and Elizabeth Ward.1 He was baptised on 3 August 1646 at St. Stephen, Walbrooke, London, EnglandG.2 He married Elizabeth Howse.3 He died on 1 October 1698 at age 52.3 His will was proven (by probate) on 22 October 1698.3
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1 He was educated at Merchant Taylors' School, London, England.3 He was educated at Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.3 He was educated at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.3 He was Vicar between 1674 and 1678 at Rowde, Wiltshire, England.3 He was Vicar between 1678 and 1680 at Newland, Gloucestershire, England.3 His last will was dated 27 March 1698.3

     John Jekyll was born on 25 September 1611. He married, firstly, Elizabeth Ward, daughter of George Ward and Elizabeth Gregory. He married, secondly, Tryphena Saunders, daughter of Colonel Thomas Saunders, on 20 December 1653 at St. Michael's, Bassishaw Street, London, England. He died on 23 September 1690 at age 78. His will was proven (by probate) on 7 October 1690.
     He was a radical dissenting politician and haberdasher. His last will was dated 18 March 1683.
