     She was educated at Abbots Hill School, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England.³ She was educated at Somerville College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).³ From 14 September 1963, her married name became Bingham.¹ As a result of her marriage, Elizabeth Patricia Loxley was styled as Baroness Bingham of Cornhill on 4 June 1996.
