     Alison Linda McNair Scott was born on 1 October 1936.1 She was the daughter of Major Ronald Guthrie McNair Scott and Hon. Mary Cecilia Berry.2 She married Laurence Charles Kevin Kelly, son of Sir David Victor Kelly and Renee Marie-Noele de Jouda de Vaux, on 20 April 1963.1 She died on 12 January 2019 at age 82.3

     Harriet Crawley was born in 1948.1 She is the daughter of Aidan Merivale Crawley and Harriet Virginia Spencer Cowles.1,3 She married, firstly, Gleb Chestekov circa September 1993.4 She married, secondly, Julian Ayer, son of Sir Alfred Jules Ayer, circa 2001.5
     In June 1987 she unsuccesfully stood for Brent East at the General Election.6 She was a TV reporter and writer.4 From circa September 1993, her married name became Chestekov.4 From circa 2001, her married name became Ayer.5

     Harriet Virginia Spencer Cowles was born on 24 August 1910.1 She was the daughter of Dr. Edward Spencer Cowles and Florence Wolcott Jacquith.3 She married Aidan Merivale Crawley, son of Reverend Arthur Stafford Crawley, in 1945. She died on 16 September 1983 at age 73 at FranceG, as the result of a road accident.1
     Harriet Virginia Spencer Cowles usually went by her middle name of Virginia. From 1945, her married name became Crawley.1 She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1947.1 She was a historian.1

     Julian Ayer was the son of Sir Alfred Jules Ayer.1 He married Harriet Crawley, daughter of Aidan Merivale Crawley and Harriet Virginia Spencer Cowles, circa 2001.1 He died on 26 December 2004 at GalleG, killed in the Asian Tsunami.1
     He and Sir Alfred Jules Ayer were adopted.
