     Reverend Robert Tyrwhitt was born in 1698.1 He was the son of Robert Tyrwhitt and Ellen Lister.1 He married Elizabeth Gibson, daughter of Rt. Rev. Edmund Gibson, on 15 August 1728.1 He died on 15 June 1742.1
     Reverend Robert Tyrwhitt graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1723 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1728 with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).1 He was the Rector between 1729 and 1733 at St. James's, Westminster, London, England.1 He held the office of Canon Residentiary of St. Paul's.1 He held the office of Canon of Windsor in 1730.1
