     Minnie Beatrice Hallett was born on 9 February 1871 at 208 East India Dock Road, London, England.1 She married Edward Howard Ashworth, son of Arthur Howard Ashworth and Mary Georgiana Barnard, on 12 February 1896 at Redmile Parish Church, Leicestershire, England.1 She died on 23 April 1924 at age 53 at East Hill House, Fareham, Hampshire, England, from a cerebral haemorhage.1
     From 12 February 1896, her married name became Ashworth.1
