     Major Hugh Richard Oliver-Bellasis was born on 11 April 1945.1 He is the son of Lt.-Col. John Oliver-Bellasis and Anne Mary Bates.1 He married Daphne Phoebe Parsons, daughter of Arthur Christopher Parsons and Veronica Rosetta de Courcy Glover, on 7 August 1971.1
