     Sir Thomas Dalmahoy Barlow was born on 23 February 1883.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Barlow, 1st Bt. and Ada Helen Dalmahoy.1 He married Esther Sophia Gaselee, daughter of Henry Gaselee, on 15 February 1911.1 He died on 22 November 1964 at age 81.1
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1904 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1909 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1934.1 He was Director-General of Civilian Clothing.1 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the British Empire (G.B.E.) in 1946.1 He was chairman of Barlow and Jones Ltd.1 He was chairman of Manchester and District Bank.1

     Esther Sophia Gaselee was the daughter of Henry Gaselee.1 She married Sir Thomas Dalmahoy Barlow, son of Sir Thomas Barlow, 1st Bt. and Ada Helen Dalmahoy, on 15 February 1911.1 She died on 24 March 1956.1
     She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Manchester.1 From 15 February 1911, her married name became Barlow.1

     Basil Stephen Barlow was born on 15 February 1918.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Dalmahoy Barlow and Esther Sophia Gaselee.1 He married, firstly, Harriette Peel, daughter of Robert Peel, on 17 August 1940.1 He and Harriette Peel were divorced in 1950.1 He married, secondly, Gerda Theresia de Grado, daughter of Professor Dr. Zaar Ferrari de Grado, on 15 April 1950.1 He died in 1991.1
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was chairman of Man-Abell Holdings.1
