     Clara Frances Midelton was the daughter of William Staple Lee Midelton.¹ She married Percy Barlow, son of Thomas Barlow and Mary Ann Emmott, on 12 April 1892.¹ She died on 12 March 1940.¹

     Christopher Neild Barlow was born on 25 November 1893.¹ He was the son of Percy Barlow and Clara Frances Midelton.¹ He married Hon. Dorothy Emmott, daughter of Alfred Emmott, 1st and last Baron Emmott and Mary Gertrude Lees, on 29 January 1920.¹ He died on 10 March 1964 at age 70.¹
     Christopher Neild Barlow was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.¹ He was educated at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the King's Royal Rifle Corps.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Hon. Dorothy Emmott was born on 14 January 1890.² She was the daughter of Alfred Emmott, 1st and last Baron Emmott and Mary Gertrude Lees.^1,2 She married Christopher Neild Barlow, son of Percy Barlow and Clara Frances Midelton, on 29 January 1920.¹
     From 29 January 1920, her married name became Barlow.¹ She lived at Milcombe House, Banbury, Oxfordshire, England.¹

     Christopher Edward Emmott Barlow was born on 26 August 1922.¹ He is the son of Christopher Neild Barlow and Hon. Dorothy Emmott.¹ He married Marea Hughes, daughter of Eric Hughes, on 27 March 1957.¹
     Christopher Edward Emmott Barlow was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the service of the Royal Signals.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He adopted David Michael Barlow. He adopted Anne Louise Barlow.
