     Xhemal Zogu Pasha was born circa 1860 at Burgajet, Albania.1 He was the son of Xhelal Zogu Pasha and Ruhijé Alltuni.1 He married, firstly, Melek Zogu in 1880 at Mati, Albania.1 He married, secondly, Sadijé Toptani, Queen Mother of Albania, daughter of Salih Toptani and unknown Toptani, in 1891 at Mati, Albania.1 He died in 1911 at Mati, Albania.1
     Xhemal Zogu Pasha held the office of Hereditary Governor of Mati.1
