Sir Frederick Francis Baker, 2nd Bt. was born on 13 May 1772 at Jermyn Street, London, England.1 He was the son of Sir George Baker, 1st Bt. and Jane Morris.1 He was baptised on 17 June 1772 at St. James's, Westminster, London, England.1 He married Harriet Simeon, daughter of Sir John Simeon, 1st Bt. and Rebecca Cornwall, in July 1814.1 He died on 1 October 1830 at age 58 at Hastings, Sussex, England, from a blow from a blade of a windmill.1
