     Ethel Emily Burnett was the daughter of Sir David Burnett, 1st Bt. and Emily Sleap.¹ She married Bernard Beresford Baddeley, son of Sir John James Baddeley, 1st Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Locks, on 31 July 1900.¹ She died on 9 June 1955.¹
     From 31 July 1900, her married name became Baddeley.¹

     Sir David Burnett, 1st Bt. was born on 22 August 1851.² He is the son of David Burnett. He married Emily Sleap, daughter of Thomas Sleap, on 28 August 1875.² He died on 7 July 1930 at age 78.²
     Sir David Burnett, 1st Bt. held the office of Sheriff of London between 1907 and 1908.³ He was invested as a Knight in 1908.² He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the service of the 1st City of London Royal Field Artillery (Territorial Forces).² He held the office of Lord Mayor of London between 1912 and 1913, when he bought Crystal Palace for the nation.² He was created 1st Baronet Burnett, of Selborne House, in the Borough of Croydon [U.K.] on 17 October 1913.² He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Crown of Belgium.² He was decorated with the award of Grand Officer, Legion of Honour.²

     Paul Bernard Baddeley was born on 31 May 1903.¹ He is the son of Bernard Beresford Baddeley and Ethel Emily Burnett.¹ He married Barbara Joan Tilling, daughter of Harold Tilling, on 1 June 1954.¹
     Paul Bernard Baddeley was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.¹ He was invested as a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants (F.C.A.).¹

     Barbara Joan Tilling was the daughter of Harold Tilling.¹ She married, firstly, H. J. Hobson before 1954.¹ She married, secondly, Paul Bernard Baddeley, son of Bernard Beresford Baddeley and Ethel Emily Burnett, on 1 June 1954.¹ She died on 3 September 1968.¹
     From before 1954, her married name became Hobson.¹ From 1 June 1954, her married name became Baddeley.¹

     H. J. Hobson married Barbara Joan Tilling, daughter of Harold Tilling, before 1954.¹ He died before 1954.¹

     Allan Beresford Baddeley was born on 7 May 1909.¹ He was the son of Bernard Beresford Baddeley and Ethel Emily Burnett.¹ He married Dorothy Ronwen Head, daughter of H. J. Head, on 4 April 1945.¹ He died on 10 March 1999 at age 89.¹
     Allan Beresford Baddeley was educated at The Leys School, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He graduated from Christ's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1926 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He graduated from Christ's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1931 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Engineers.¹

     Dorothy Ronwen Head is the daughter of H. J. Head.¹ She married Allan Beresford Baddeley, son of Bernard Beresford Baddeley and Ethel Emily Burnett, on 4 April 1945.¹
