     Major James Harry Sydney Annesley was born on 29 November 1875.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. William Richard Annesley and Isabel Norton.1 He married Violet Adelaide Withers, daughter of Harry Withers, on 14 December 1920.1 He died on 3 January 1949 at age 73, without issue.1
     Major James Harry Sydney Annesley gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Air Force.1
