     Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1630.1 He was the son of Sir John Ashfield, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Sutton.1 He married, firstly, unknown Rogers, daughter of Sir Richard Rogers, before 1654.1 He married, secondly, Dorcas Hore, daughter of James Hore, on 20 February 1673/74.1 He died circa 1684.1
     Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt. succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Ashfield, of Harkestead Hetherhall, co. Suffolk [E., 1626] in 1635.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Gloucestershire from 1668 to 1669.1

     Her married name became Burchett.1 From 20 February 1673/74, her married name became Ashfield.1

     Sir John Ashfield, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 8 December 1654 at Hilledean, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt. and unknown Rogers.1 He married Anne Hore, daughter of James Hore.1 He died circa February 1713/14.1 He was buried on 9 March 1713/14 at St. Gile's-in-the-Fields Church, London, England.1
     Sir John Ashfield, 3rd Bt. succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Ashfield, of Harkestead Hetherhall, co. Suffolk [E., 1626] circa 1684.1
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1

     Her married name became Ashfield.1

     Richard Ashfield was born circa 1655.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Ashfield, 2nd Bt. and unknown Rogers.1 He and Mary (?) obtained a marriage license on 26 December 1677.1
     Richard Ashfield matriculated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, on 27 February 1673/74.1 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1682 entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-Law.1
