     Sir Michael Arnot, 1st Bt. was the son of Walter Arnot and Mary Balfour.1 He married Anne Browne, daughter of Robert Browne and Katharine Douglas, in April 1612.1 He died between 1670 and 1685.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Arnot, of Arnot, co. Fife [Nova Scotia] on 27 July 1629.1

     From 20 January 2000, her married name became von und zu Liechtenstein.1

     Margaret Christian Salome Arnott was the daughter of Major Sir John Alexander Arnott, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Sydney Williams.1 She married Major Hugh Blenkinsop Spence, son of Joseph Spence, on 14 September 1904.1 She died on 14 March 1952, leaving issue.1
     From 14 September 1904, her married name became Spence.1

Major Hugh Blenkinsop Spence1

     Major Hugh Blenkinsop Spence was the son of Joseph Spence.1 He married Margaret Christian Salome Arnott, daughter of Major Sir John Alexander Arnott, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Sydney Williams, on 14 September 1904.1 He died on 31 December 1923.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the West Yorkshire Regiment.1

     Mary Christian Arnott was the daughter of Major Sir John Alexander Arnott, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Sydney Williams.1 She married Captain Count Richard von Cutsem on 10 March 1915.1 She died on 26 May 1936, leaving issue.2
     From 10 March 1915, her married name became von Cutsem.1

     Captain Count Richard von Cutsem married Mary Christian Arnott, daughter of Major Sir John Alexander Arnott, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Sydney Williams, on 10 March 1915.1 He died on 4 October 1960.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalioon, Leinster Regiment.2 He held the office of Privy Chamberlain of Sword and Cape, to H.H. Pope Pius XI.2
