     Malcolm Rucker Aird held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.1 He lived at Woolton House, Newbury, Berkshire, England.2

     Malcolm Henry Aird was born on 5 November 1899.1 He was the son of Malcolm Rucker Aird and Nellie Margaret Dummett.1 He married Joan Meredith Sturgis, daughter of Henry Sturgis, on 17 August 1922.1 He died on 9 July 1965 at age 65.1
     Malcolm Henry Aird was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the 9th Lancers.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1945.2 He was decorated with the Officer, U.S. Legion of Honour in 1945.1

     Malcolm Robin Meredith Aird was born on 16 December 1923.1 He was the son of Malcolm Henry Aird and Joan Meredith Sturgis.1 He married, firstly, Irma Spitzer, daughter of Erwin Spitzer, on 12 March 1946.1 He and Irma Spitzer were divorced in 1955.1 He married, secondly, Barbara Kathleen Addison Wilson, daughter of John Addison Wilson, on 20 April 1955.1 He died on 6 April 1999 at age 75.1
     Malcolm Robin Meredith Aird was educated at Canford School, Wimborne, Dorset, England.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Irish Guards.1
