Dr. Enoch Agnew1

     Dr. Enoch Agnew was born in 1808.2 He was the son of Samuel Agnew and Malinda Dodson.1 He married Letitia Simpson Todd, daughter of Andrew Todd.1 He died on 2 March 1871 at Bethany, Mississippi, U.S.A.G.2 He was buried at Bethny Cemetery, Brice's Crossroads, Baldwin, Mississippi, U.S.A.G.2
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)2 In 1852 he moved from Abbeville, South Carolina to North Mississippi, where he and his brothers acquired land and built a plantation.2
