     Captain Cecil Howard Digby Fetherstonhaugh was born on 22 February 1857.2 He was the son of Howard Fetherstonhaugh and Lucy Emily Wingfield-Baker.3 He married Meriel Gertrude Wilmot Williams, daughter of Edward Wilmot Williams and Hon. Sophia O'Grady, on 8 August 1885.2 He died on 3 February 1935 at age 77.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Dragoons.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Westmeath in 1890.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Westmeath.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Westmeath.1 He lived at Bracklyn, County Westmeath, IrelandG.1
