Julia Willis was born on 28 February 1804.1 She was the daughter of John Willis.1 She married Matthew Barnewall, 6th Viscount Barnewall of Kingsland, son of Matthew Barnewall and Anne McCan, on 2 January 1820.1 She died on 10 January 1890 at age 85.1 She was buried at East Finchley, London, England.1
As a result of her marriage, Julia Willis was styled as Viscountess Barnewall of Kingsland on 2 January 1820. From 2 January 1820, her married name became Barnewall.1
