Major Lesley Reginald Coventry Douglas-Hamilton was born on 30 June 1881.1 He was the son of Lieutenant Aubrey Reginald Douglas-Hamilton and Lucy Fitzgerald.1 He died on 24 July 1916 at age 35 at Somme, France, killed in action.1
