     Friedrich IV Graf von Zollern was born circa 1188.1 He was the son of Friedrich III Graf von Zollern and Sofie von Raabs.1 He married Elisabeth von Habsburg, daughter of Albrecht IV Graf von Habsburg and Heilwig Gräfin von Kyburg.2 He died between 1251 and 1255.1
     He gained the title of Burggraf Friedrich II von Nürnberg. Friedrich IV Graf von Zollern also went by the nick-name of Friedrich 'the Lion'. He gained the title of Graf von Zollern in 1227.
