     Major William Moat was born in 1867. He married Sibyl Frances Spencer, daughter of Captain William Francis Spencer and Margaret Georgiana Hemming, on 20 January 1903.1 He died on 17 September 1941.1
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1 He gained the rank of Major in the Staffordshire Yeomanry.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Johnson Hall, Eccleshall, Staffordshire, EnglandG.1

     Colonel Almeric George Spencer was born on 16 October 1841.1 He was the son of Rev. Hon. William Henry Spencer and Elizabeth Rose Thornhill.1 He married Alice Isabel Fraser, daughter of Colonel T. G. Fraser, on 11 August 1869.1 He married Ada Downing, daughter of Henry Downing, in 1914.1 He died on 5 September 1929 at age 87.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel and commanding officer in the 33rd Regimental District and Essex Regiment.1
