     Charles Robert Muir was the son of Rowland Huntly Muir.1 He married Lady Rosemary Mildred Spencer-Churchill, daughter of Lt.-Col. John Albert Edward William Spencer-Churchill, 10th Duke of Marlborough and Hon. Alexandra Mary Hilda Cadogan, on 26 June 1953.1 He died on 24 March 1972.1
