     Sir Charles Wolseley, 8th Bt. was born on 6 May 1813.1 He is the son of Sir Charles Wolseley, 7th Bt. and Anne Wright.2 He married Mary Anne Selby, daughter of Nicholas Selby, on 23 September 1839.1 He died on 15 May 1854 at age 41.1
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Wolseley, of Wolseley, co. Stafford [E., 1628] on 3 October 1846.1
