     Sir Joseph Capel Judkin-FitzGerald, 4th Bt. was born on 9 August 1853.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Judkin-FitzGerald, 3rd Bt. and Emma Louisa Maunsell White.1 He married Sarah Constance Hyder, daughter of William Augustin Hyder and Mercy Poe, on 5 June 1872 at St. James, Westminster, London, England.1,2 He died in 1917.3
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Judkin-FitzGerald, of Lisheen, co. Tipperary [U.K., 1801] on 27 April 1864.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct (or possibly dormant.)3
