     Lt.-Gen. Sir James Outram, 1st Bt. was born on 29 January 1803.2 He is the son of Benjamin Outram and Margaret Anderson.1,2 He married Margaret Clementina Anderson, daughter of James Anderson, on 18 December 1835.2 He died on 11 March 1863 at age 60.2
     Lt.-Gen.
