Hubert Ernest Malcolm Bowes-Lyon was born on 17 May 1907.1 He was the son of Captain Hubert Ernest Bowes-Lyon and Mary Agnes Smeaton.1 He married Fanny Rose Jacobs, daughter of Simon Jacobs, on 12 July 1943 at Johannesburg, Transvaal, South AfricaG.1 He and Fanny Rose Jacobs were divorced in 1964.1
     He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force.1

Sir Ormonde de l'Epee Winter, son of William Henry Winter and Fanny Cheney, on 3 August 1927.1 She died on 23 December 1981 at age 92 at Somerset, EnglandG.2

     Michael Moses Sacher was born on 17 October 1917.2 He was the son of Harry Sacher and Miriam Marks.3 He married Audrey Glucksman in 1938.2 He died on 29 July 1986 at age 68 at Westminster, London, England.4
     He was educated at St. Paul's School, London, EnglandG.3 He was with Marks and Spencer in 1938.2 He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He fought in the Second World War, with the Royal Army Service Corps.2 He was a director of Marks and Spencers in 1962.3 He was joint managing director of Marks and Spencers in 1971.3 He also had three sons.2
