     Decio del Balzo, 3rd Barone di Presenzano e Barone di Chiuppeto was born on 20 October 1651 at Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Italy.1 He was the son of Giuseppe del Balzo, 2nd Barone di Presenzano e Barone di Chiuppeto and Geronima del Balzo.1 He married Teresa de Mattei on 26 November 1675 at Naples, Italy.1 He died on 3 February 1702 at age 50 at Naples, Italy.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Barone di Chiuppeto on 26 October 1675.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Barone di Presenzano on 26 October 1675.1

     Henry Wrixon-Becher was born on 27 July 1866.1 He was the son of Sir John Wrixon-Becher, 3rd Bt. and Lady Emily Catherine Hare.2 He died on 9 June 1951 at age 84, unmarried.1
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was mentioned in dispatches.3 He gained the rank of Major in the Duke of Wellington's WR Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches and was wounded.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 12th Battalion, Yorkshire Regiment.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.2

     He lived at Oakhurst, Hambledon, Hampshire, England.1 He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1
