     Sir George Hallifax Cuyler, 5th Bt. was born on 23 April 1876 at Olveston, Gloucestershire, England.1,2 He was the son of Sir Charles Henry Johnes Cuyler, 3rd Bt. and Emma Amelia Cox.1 He married Amy Gordon, daughter of Frederick Gordon, on 28 July 1913.1 He died on 30 April 1947 at age 71 at Norwich, Norfolk, England.2
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Marines.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Cuyler [U.K., 1814] on 1 October 1919.1 He lived in 1940 at St. John's Lodge, Hertfordshire, England.1
