     Major Hugh Cantlie is the son of Colonel Kenneth Cantlie.1 He married Lady Zinnia Rosemary Denison, daughter of Hugo William Cecil Denison, 4th Earl of Londesborough and Marigold Rosemary Joyce Lubbock, on 26 June 1964.1 He and Lady Zinnia Rosemary Denison were divorced in 1967.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Scots Guards.1
