     Reverend Charles Leslie Alexander was born on 28 April 1820.1 He was the son of John Alexander and Christian Izod.1 He married Hon. Emily Caroline Fremantle, daughter of Thomas Francis Fremantle, 1st Baron Cottesloe and Louisa Elizabeth Nugent, on 26 January 1882, without issue.1 He died on 13 May 1888 at age 68.1
     Reverend Charles Leslie Alexander was the Rector of Stanton-by-Bridge at Derbyshire.1

     Hon. Emily Caroline Fremantle was the daughter of Thomas Francis Fremantle, 1st Baron Cottesloe and Louisa Elizabeth Nugent.1,2 She married Reverend Charles Leslie Alexander, son of John Alexander and Christian Izod, on 26 January 1882, without issue.1 She died on 10 February 1929.1
     From 26 January 1882, her married name became Alexander.1
