     Major Charles Christian was educated at St. Bees, Cumberland, England.3 He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.3 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the British Army.2 He held the office of Member of the House of Keys (M.H.K.).3
