Arthur Gerald Wellesley, Lord Mornington, rated the #9 ranking in The Single Peer's 2010 "Ten Lords-a-Leaping" List for the birth of his heir (and also a twin daughter).

The annual list is devoted to royals and peers who have leaped into the realms of engagement, marriage, divorce, or fatherhood during the year.
