I am writing to see if anybody could help me with some information. I have purchased a collection of letters addressed to Lettice V Knollys (I believe she later became Mrs Walter Hayden). From the content of the letters she was obviously very close to the Danish Royal Family. The collection contains letters signed by Princess Thyra and Ernest Augustus, Princess Marie Louise, Princess Olga and others signed "Empress". I have done some research and was wondering if anyone would be able to identify the Empress. I think she might be Maria Feodorovna who was the sister of Princess Thyra. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Many thanks SandraB
