Lady Forbes Adam (née Wreford-Brown) who died 17 April, 2008, at Jersey, Channel Islands, was the wife of Sir Christopher Eric Forbes Adam, 3rd Baronet (b 12 Feb 1920), sometime diplomatic correspondent of the Yorkshire Post. She was Patricia Anne Wreford-Brown, yr daughter of John Neville Wreford-Brown, of ,Maltings, Abberton, Colchester, Essex,and then then Mr Forbes Adam in 1957. Her husband succeeded as 3rd Bt on the demise of an uncle in 1982. She is survived by him and an adopted daughter. A Memorial Service will be held at All Souls, Richmond at a future date.

Sir Christopher Eric Forbes Adam, 3rd Baronet (cr 1917), died after a
short illness, 17 January 2009. He was aged 88.
Born 12 Feb 1920, son of Eric Graham Forbes Adam, CMG (who d 1925, the
2nd son of the 1st Bt), by his wife the former Angela Perrin Macan;
succeeded to the baronetcy on the demise of his uncle, 1982. Career:--

whom he has 4 daughters, viz (i) (Anna) Victoria, b 1955; Catherine
Mary, b 1956; Lucy, b 1960; and Sonia Clare, b 1966, actress, who
married 1994, James Nesbitt, actor (b 15 Jan 1965).

_Rupert Forbes Adam, who died suddenly, 6 July, 2012, at the age of 54, was a scion of the Adam Baronets (cr UK, 1917), and was a grandson maternally of Sir Oswald Mosley, 6th Baronet, and was a grandson maternally of Colin Forbes Adam, CSI (1889-1982) sometime chairman of the Yorkshire Post.

He was born 11 Aug 1957, son of Desmond Forbes Adam (1926-58) by his wife Vivien Elisabeth Mosley. His father died as the result of an accident a year after his birth.

He married in 1981, Mrs Anya Hillman (nee Butler),. No issue. He is survived by two sisters, Cynthia and Arabella.
