The DNB entry for Theophilus - available via his DNB entry on wikisource at

says he had 2 sons and 6 daughters by his first wife and 2 sons and 5 daughters by his second.

Some of the daughters attributed on thepeerage to the second marriage presumably therefore belong to the first.

The same entry says his first wife Elizabeth Lewis (33053) died in 1680, so there is a decent gap between the two marriages which should help.

I agree that I have some incorrectly attributed to the 2nd wife rather than the first - and one of them must be my unknown daughter - but which ones I cant' figure out.
