I am searching for any information on Miss Mary Anne Davys, who served as Resident Woman of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Victoria from 1837-1839. Any and all information can be sent to my email address at creanaugusta@yahoo.com; thanks. I have been researching all the women, royal or commoner, that served in the household of her Late Majesty, Queen Victoria (1819-1901; r. the United Kingdom from 1837-1901). I would greatly appreciate any and all information on, not just Miss Davys, but on all the women in her household from 1837-1901; thanks again.

P.S.--I have found most of them here on thePeerage.com and have been editing entries for Darryl when I have found new information on royalty.

I am hoping so as well as I have always been fascinated with the Royal Household of HM Queen Victoria. She was a monarch that ruled the United Kingdom from 1837-1901, which is about 64 years and she came to the throne at such a young age. She was a teenager when she started ruling and was probably surprised when they came to her chambers proclaiming her as their Queen.
